What a wonderful thing to get a great idea for a new website! We imagine what a success it will be, and how much money we are going to make! We picture crowds of visitors thronging to the site, anxious to get to the unique and outstanding products we are offering them. In our mind's eye, our bank account gets fatter and fatter... The truth, however, is that most websites are miserable failures, and fall far short of the expectations held by their owners.  Most people are lucky to get over 50 unique hits a day.  And the few, if any, sales you get, will barely earn you a loaf of bread, much less keep the wolf away from your door!    We spend countless hours and a small fortune on building this beautiful site, and then it just sits there - dead as a doorknob. No visitors, no sales, and no money.  What a letdown!
